Visiting Sr. Judith

Everybody gets a little antsy after awhile.

We're adding this picture to our prayer shrine at home.

Flowers for Mary

This is our prayer shrine.  We take pictures of priests and seminarians that we pray for and frame them.  The Infant of Prague statue belonged to Dan's Grandma Annie.  The Padre Pio picture came from the Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help.  The John Paul II book was a gift for Johnny's baptism from his godparents.  The Mary statue came from Fr. Elmer and the flowers are courtesy of Joe K.  This is always a work in progress.  We are forever changing things around and adding things that have special significance.  Dan rearranged it before Francis' baptism last month.  Now we have even more pictures and could use a few more frames!

Meet the girls...

You already know this little chic...

but have you met her friends?

Yes, they all have names.  The only one I can remember is Gabriel.  Yep, Gabriel
named his chicken after himself.

Marianna is in her glory.

I've been informed that there's also a Superfly and Herbert Ninenger.
Don't ask me where these names come from.

Last year's mobile duck pen has been recycled for chicken use this summer.
(Let's not mention the ducks, they came to a rather sad end.)

Check out this happy guy!

OK, he looks pretty serious here.  Had to take a picture, though.  That shirt is just too cute.  What a content little man!  He takes some pretty hefty naps during the day and he's a happy little eater now.  Must be all those flirty little smiles that make him so sleepy, wish I could get a picture when he's grinning.  We're coming up on 3 months and it's just such a fun age. Lots of baby lovin' here!

Francis at 10 1/2 lbs!!!

The smiley pictures are always blurry because he's busy squirming with happiness!

Pretty serious here.
