Today is an exceptionally exciting day around here
and tomorrow will be even more fun,
so I thought I should capture it real time.
Did I mention we've been having water problems?
As in, air instead of water in our pipes?
We have replaced everything associated with
our water source including a new pump.
Today Dan and the big guys were going to replace
the pipes from the well.
Lots of rusty, dirty pipes...
lots of kids...
lots of activity...
and no water to show for it!
OK, what do we do next?
How about a little lunch and a make-shift chair for
Gabriel (that's what big brothers are for).
We're going picnic-style for the weekend.
This would be our available drinking water
and forget about showers for a few days.
As Joseph said earlier today,
"Every once in awhile, redneck ingenuity fails."
We are thankful that
Traut is coming to the rescue tomorrow morning.
Bummer. Too bad the 'redneck'/less expensive route didn't work. I'll be praying for your family today and hopefully speedy results.
